This page lists the subprocessors engaged by Kotzilla in the processing of personal data carried out on behalf of its customers. It is referred to by Article A.8 of the Data Processing Terms annexed to our Terms and Conditions.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the customer grants a general authorisation to engage the subprocessors listed below. Kotzilla gives at least thirty (30) days' notice of any intended addition or replacement, by email or through the Console. A customer may object on reasonable grounds relating to data protection within fifteen (15) days, under the conditions set out in Article A.8.

Other recipients
Kotzilla also engages providers for its own purposes, as controller rather than as processor of its customers: customer relationship management and service emails, payment processing, invoicing and accounting, and internal collaboration tools. They are not subprocessors within the meaning of Article A.8. Every recipient of personal data, including those providers, is listed in Article 4 of our privacy policy.
